Elizabeth Minter is the Head of Onboarding & Deployment at Conexus MedStaff. In this role, Elizabeth oversees the onboarding and deployment experience for international healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the U.S. upon signing a contract with Conexus MedStaff.

Elizabeth has more than 12 years of Global Mobility experience, as well as extensive understanding of International Human Resources, Immigration, Relocation, Expat Management, HR Policy Design, Leadership, Global Payroll, and Client Relationship Management. Elizabeth is a self-motivated effective manager with an innate ability to analyze existing issues, promote a collaborative environment and successfully achieve business goals and objectives. She has spoken on panels in the past for Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) and is a member of the FEM Houston Chapter.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and lives in Houston with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors, loves photography and is involved in National Charity League and other 501c3 organizations.
