Krista Caldwell is CohnReznick’s Global Mobility Manager. She has been in Global Mobility for more than 10 years and has experience executing a global program at both the regional and local level. Her experience includes development and oversight of domestic mobility programs as well as management of US Immigration programs. She understands firsthand the importance of mobility as she was an expat herself during a brief assignment to Iraq in 2006-2007. Krista is passionate about providing all assignees with an excellent experience when working abroad. She is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and is a GMJ Senator in the Global Mobility Journey’s Ambassador’s program. Krista has both her PHR and GMS certifications.

When business influencers think of Rina Montalvo, what comes to mind is a fully engaged executive who is impassioned about driving transformative change and policies in the ever-evolving arenas of global human resources initiatives - talent management, recruiting, global mobility, immigration, and taxation.

A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Rina grew up in Germany. As an American/German national she holds dual citizenship in both countries. Her linguistics expertise is far-reaching to individuals of many cultures and has contributed greatly to her extensive worldview and recognition as an international subject matter expert. She is fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and speaks conversational Italian and French.

A thirst for cutting-edge knowledge and advancing in education is vitally important to Rina. She currently graduated from Harvard Business School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she completing an Executive Program (2021), and in July 2021 she completed an Accelerated Executive Management program at Yale University School of Management, New Haven, Connecticut. In addition, she also serves as Guest Lecturer for Harvard, Yale and NYU School of Professional Studies. She teaches the complexities of advanced recruiting, selection, retention, talent management, immigration and global mobility.

Prior to Sabre, she held a variety of professional and managerial roles in HR and Legal Affairs at EDS and HP. She has served on the Board of North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP) as the President, Vice-President and Corporate Advisory. In December 2016, Jane received the Saul Gresky Award from NTRP. This award is presented annually to a corporate or relocation service professional who best exemplifies the tradition of high customer satisfaction and service to relocation corporate employees, makes a major contribution to the positive image of the relocation profession, and inspires cooperation and support among members of the relocation industry.
