Anke Haberland, Sr Manager, Global Rewards and HR has over 10 years global HR experience, incl. Global and US Domestic Mobility. Anke has experience in IT and Automotive industry, and academic research. She has worked in both Business Divisions and Corporate functions. Until end of 2021 she was responsible for the management of BorgWarner’s Mobility programs and Mobility supplier management, leading the design, development and implementation of new programs to support the Company’s Business Strategy.

In 2022 she started her new adventure, returning to an HR business function, leading Global Rewards for one Division and lead HR for the Product Engineering in North America within BorgWarner Drivetrain & Battery Systems and is responsible for developing and executing all people strategy related matters to help build and deliver on key business strategies.

Anke holds a Master Degree in Economics with major in Microeconomics and HR & Organizational Management.
