Brett Lyons has over 20 years of experience in the mobility industry. After 12 years at two different Relocation Management Companies, Brett joined Chevron 11½ years ago. He had various roles at the RMCs, starting as an international move coordinator and ending as Director, Client Services for the company’s largest domestic relocation client.

Today, Brett leads Chevron’s relocation program, keeping an eye on emerging trends and managing the company’s relocation supplier partners. His time with the RMCs has helped him better understand the operational aspects of relocation and therefore become a better partner with Chevron’s various suppliers.

Brett has a degree in hospitality management from University of Houston, so taking care of people has always been an important part of his career. He holds mobility and HR designations, including CRP, GPHR and SHRM-SCP. Brett has been Treasurer at Houston Relocation Professionals since 2014, and he has been a speaker at past HRP, NTRP and WERC conferences.
