Kathryn Rudey leads the Global Mobility function at Cloud Software Group and has over 20 years’ experience in the global mobility industry. She and her team manage the company’s immigration and global mobility programs. She is responsible for designing programs and policies to ensure international tax and immigration compliance, creating strong supplier partnerships and driving change management.

During her career she has held various leadership positions focused on talent mobility, customer success and sales strategy.
