Prior to Moderna, Madalina worked as a global mobility specialist in industries such as aerospace and industrial automation, where she managed global mobility programs, policy compliance, immigration, and taxation. Her professional trajectory in the Human Resources sector is distinguished by a variety of roles she has adeptly managed. These include, but are not limited to, responsibilities in payroll management, talent acquisition, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing Human Resources Operations, and management of employee benefits. Each role has contributed significantly to her comprehensive understanding and expertise in the field.

Madalina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resources Management from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada), as well as a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Tourism from Dimitrie Cantemir University (Bucharest, Romania).

She is fluent in English and Romanian, with intermediate proficiency in French and Spanish. Her expertise extends to EDP skills including SAP, WorkDay, and KPMG LINK.
