These include, but are not limited to, responsibilities in payroll management, talent acquisition, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing Human Resources Operations, and management of employee benefits. Madalina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resources Management from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada), as well as a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Tourism from Dimitrie Cantemir University (Bucharest, Romania).
