Margaret Espinal is Global Head of Immigration at Johnson & Johnson, where she manages the global immigration program for both mobility and local hire matters. She previously worked for a multinational immigration law firm as a Senior Associate based out of Silicon Valley, where she focused on a variety of clients, including a high-tech enterprise organization. She also worked in Intelligence & Analysis with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She has been an active member of the California Bar since 2010. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UCLA, a Master’s degree in War Studies from King’s College London, and a Juris Doctorate from BYU Law. Margaret is passionate about using immigration and mobility strategically to best serve businesses’ talent access needs.
