Martha Smith, Mobility Consultant for WSP USA manages the relocation of employees to different locations within the United States and worldwide. Martha utilizes her 12 years of mobility experience and GMS-T training to ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies. She supports the design, development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures while providing mobility guidance to the business.

Prior to her mobility career Martha was an Office Administrator and Project Coordinator for AMEC and an Executive Secretary for CE Division at Tinker Air Force Base. Outside of work Martha enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
