With a 20+ year career spanning multiple in-house Global Mobility leadership roles as well as Big 4 and RMC experience, Sarah offers a unique and meaningful perspective on what is impactful in the mobility field regarding policy, program design, employee experience, vendor partnership, and technology. 

Based in Minneapolis, Sarah currently leads the Global Mobility practice at General Mills and is responsible for global assignments, global immigration, cross border remote work, and U.S. domestic relocation serving over 700 employees annually.  For fun, Sarah enjoys spending time with family & friends, yoga, and travel.
