Sharon has over 20 years of experience working in various expat tax, international mobility and HR roles in London, Stockholm, and now Austin, Texas. 

She is currently working at an innovative Swedish scale up business in the electric and autonomous freight sector as a one person mobility team. Sharon has a broad scope with global responsibility for immigration, mobility, international hiring and expansion, business travel and remote work. She has been responsible for developing and implementing the Einride mobility program from scratch, setting international hiring guidelines to ensure a consistent approach to remote working and international expansion, and has engaged a network of external partners to support these programs.
