Suzie is a strategic talent mobility leader, with over 30 years working in global customer focused organizations.  She currently leads a team at FM Global responsible for global mobility services, U.S. & global immigration (Mobility and non-Mobility), international employee tax services and linking mobility to talent.  Suzie was a key player within the larger global mobility team at FM Global, in a program transformation effort that reimagined the mobility program with the employee fully at the center.

Within her over 20 years in Global Mobility, Suzie has worked in leadership roles within multiple functions of the Global Mobility industry including working within the corporate function as well as varied roles within the mobility vendor space. Most recently, she managed a portfolio of 40 fortune 500 companies’ relocation programs in support of the successful execution of mobility services for their globally mobile employees.

Over her career, Suzie has enjoyed the opportunity to experience numerous relocations including US Domestic permanent transfers as well as short term assignments within the US, and to both Singapore and Hong Kong. She has also experienced multiple extended international business travel scenarios through project participation and staff coverage.

Suzie is a recognized industry thought leader and has spoken at various conferences on topics ranging from program design to diversity, equity, and inclusion within mobility.  Suzie spent 10 years at Virgin Atlantic Airways in operations management and 4 years managing client relationships for NDMA, Inc.
