With over 20+ years of experience in the Global Mobility industry, Joseph Willis currently leads the Global Mobility and Immigration teams at Block Inc. Block, Inc. is Square, Cash App, Spiral, TIDAL, and TBD, united by our shared purpose of economic empowerment and creating tools to help expand access to the economy. Joseph leads multiple teams responsible for Expatriate Management, International Permanent Transfers, Relocation Tax, Domestic Relocation, Employee-driven Relocation, Remote Work, and Global Immigration.

Joseph has also led the transformation of the Global Mobility function by using existing and emerging technologies to automate mobility workflows. Before joining Block, Joseph led Mobility programs at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Broadcom, Nike, and AECOM, in addition to account management roles with several Relocation Management Companies.

Joseph has a bachelor's degree in Applied Geophysics from the University of California Los Angeles and holds CRP and GMS certifications from Worldwide ERC.
