Christina Urrutia is FEM’s Mexico Chapter Lead and Business Development Manager at Global Mobility Solutions. Christina has over 16 years of experience in helping clients strategize around their employee relocation policies to make them fair, equitable, and enticing.

Christina has spent her career advocating for relocating families to ensure that their relocation experience is the very best while minimizing the disruptions that often come with international assignments. In addition to her role as Business Development Manager at Global Mobility Solutions where she leads the LATAM and Western North American territories.

Christina is also the Chapter Lead for The Forum of Expatriate Management Mexico City Chapter and Executive Director of Women of Global Mobility, a non-profit organization for developing and empowering women in this industry.

Christina is a certified Global Mobility Specialist with a Talent accreditation (GMS-T) and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), recognized by the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).
