He currently is the CEO and Co-Founder of Evolve HR Solutions, a global Executive Recruiting, HR Consulting, and HR Software company.

His leadership extends beyond his work experience, serving as an adjunct professor at Baylor University, where he shares his insights and expertise in a Human Capital Management class for the Executive MBA program and the HR capstone class, HR Strategy, and Analytics.
