Jennifer leads Weichert’s Advisory Services team, leveraging deep analytical insight and a uniquely strategic perspective to help global corporations transform their workforce mobility programs and advance their talent management goals. Her broad expertise in research and data mining, voice of the customer studies, benchmarking and policy design forecast trends that give Weichert’s clients a competitive edge in attracting and retaining the talent they need to move their company forward.
A noted subject matter expert and industry knowledge leader, Jen regularly serves as a resource for HR and business publications, covering a broad range of pertinent topics, including core-flex approaches, cost containment, choice programs, workforce development and duty of care. She is also a well-known and much sought-after speaker at industry conferences, highly regarded for her engaging and interactive presentation style. She has served as a member of the editorial committees for both Perspectives, published by the Canadian Employee Relocation Council, and Mobility, published by Worldwide ERC.
With over 20 years of experience in workforce mobility, Jennifer has built an impressive resume. She began her career with Weichert in 1999, working in Operations where she learned firsthand about the employee experience by working directly with mobile employees in all aspects of their move or assignment. Since then, her career path has included roles in business development, proposal writing and project management. Prior to joining Weichert, she gained a solid foundation of HR knowledge through various positions in employee benefits with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Sun Life of Canada.
Jennifer earned her Master's in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts and holds the Global Mobility Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional, and the Human Capital Strategist designations.
In 2023, Jennifer was awarded with FEM’s EMMA for her Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility in The Americas.
