Jose Alberto Lucena Moreno manages the Company mobility & relocation team and is accountable for the Global Mobility and Relocation vendors supporting the program, reporting to the Total Rewards department within HR.

With over 16 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, international human resources, relocation, administration, benefits, and international population management, Jose Alberto has held several roles in Halliburton in multiple countries including Venezuela, Panama, Canada, and currently the United States. He started as a Community Relations Representative and later transitioned into a HR Business Operation Partner, Global Mobility Advisor, Global Mobility Manager for the Western Hemisphere and most recently, Global Mobility & Relocation Manager.

Jose Alberto is an Accountant from Universidad del Zulia and also holds a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin both in Venezuela. He is certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) by HRCI and Global Mobility Specialist, Talent Management (GMS-T®) by Worldwide ERC®.
