Katherine is the US leader of mobility transformation and outsourcing. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and global mobility, she takes an end-to-end talent view of mobility. I work with companies to increase the value of mobility and connect it with strategic workforce planning and their organizational goals.

Katherine and her team provide clients with service for their mobile workforce, including solutions based on connecting with stakeholders, developing a mobility program strategy, modernizing policies for today and into the future, digitizing mobility services, transforming employee experience through workforce listening and sentiment analysis, and delivering payroll and compensation compliance services.

Prior to joining KPMG, Katherine held multiple human resources leadership roles at a technology company working with the c-suite and led a corporate global mobility function. Lastly, Katherine saw life as an expat first-hand while living in Singapore from 2002 to 2005.
