Kushan Shah is a partner in EY People Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young US LLP and serves as EY Product Leader for EY Mobility Pathway at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP He brings 15 years of experience supporting clients in the mobility space, with a focus on digital enablement.

His primary role is to oversee the development and success of EY integrated mobile talent technology. He is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams of business and technology stakeholders to execute on that vision.

Kushan has a Bachelor of Arts and Science (BSA) in Accounting and Information Systems from Northeastern University, USA, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.
