Laura brings more than 25 years of global mobility experience to her role, with a special focus on international assignments, global workforce mobility program development and implementation, cross-cultural training, compensation and tax strategies. She has spent her entire professional career in global workforce mobility and assignment management consulting with a focus on outsourcing, cost reduction, change management, cross-cultural training, program implementation and global tax and compensation.
Prior to joining Weichert Workforce Mobility in 2012, she held such roles as Senior Manager at KPMG, where she helped Fortune 500 companies create and maintain stronger international assignment policies, and Director of Global Account Management at Hewitt and Cartus, where she focused on new client implementations, HR transformation initiatives, and tri-regional service delivery models. She has complemented her professional endeavors by living the expatriate experience first-hand, studying and working abroad in the UK and China.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed coursework at the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and Spanish and has earned the Global Professional in HR (GPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
