Lynda is a dynamic global mobility professional with 18 years of experience culminated from several industries, sectors and leadership roles. Her journey began at PwC, where she found her love for tax and mobility consulting, and a developed a passion for workforce optimization. Her career progressed at Vialto Partners, where she continued to excel in mobility and tax strategy planning, designing scalable programs, and oversaw end-to-end mobility process implementation and transformation for her multinational clients.

In her current role at LyondellBasell, a chemical industry leader, she spearheads their global mobility program and compensation processes. In this position, she brings her passion for mobility and talent management to the forefront by creatively applying her expertise to enhance the mobile employee’s experience, devise long term retention and succession plans, and identify and execute organizational efficiencies and compliance of the cross-border population.

Her love for the global mobility industry stems from her own wanderlust and early experience as an expat, where she lived and worked in Melbourne, Australia. Beyond her career, Lynda has been deeply committed to supporting refugee youths through her engagement as a board member of PAIR Houston, and now as part of their advisory council.

Lynda received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and is currently an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
