Mariam Olleik is the Global Program Manager based in Lebanon, working with Talent Beyond Boundaries to drive transformational change for refugees worldwide. With a deep passion for supporting displaced people in using their skills and talents to secure durable solutions, Mariam supports the success and excellence of TBB's global program and its operations by working closely with recruitment teams, Talent Sourcing Leads, and other stakeholders to help define, communicate, and implement strategic futures for refugees across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and South East Asia.

With over eight years of professional experience in project and staff management, human resources, international development, and humanitarian response, Mariam is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for refugees and displaced individuals globally.
