Noura Ismail has over 10 years of experience as an international development practitioner, specializing in economic mobility pathways for displaced populations. She is the Global Program Director at Talent Beyond Boundaries, an initiative in cooperation with the UN Refugee Agency focused on designing and implementing skilled migration pathways for refugees globally.

Noura was previously part of Ashoka’s Social Finance team where she led research on market-based social innovations in the Middle East and also served as a Kiva Fellow and Global Challenge Fellow at the University of Oxford.

She was named an Expo Live Global Innovator for Expo 2020 Dubai and 40 Under 40 by the Arab America Foundation in 2021. She is based in New York City.
