Tamara is a Senior Principal with Mercer based in Los Angeles, and is a Leader in Mercer’s Workforce Mobility Advisory practice. Since joining Mercer, Chicago in 2012, Tamara has also has experienced the life of an expat by living and working in Mercer’s Munich, Germany office. Tamara has led the grass-roots transformation of Workforce Mobility consulting at Mercer.

The future of work and the next generation of mobility is her passion and is demonstrated in the client work she leads. She specializes in developing customized solutions for organizations that desire to change the way they work or the way in which mobility is perceived within the organization. She has spoken at industry events across mobility topics and is known by her industry peers as a solution-engineer and thought leader and participates in product design and innovation.

Prior to joining Mercer, Tamara worked for a private equity consumer products corporation on their compensation team and in higher education in HR administration. Having worked in corporate roles across HR and within mobility, as well as living and working internationally, her point of view helps to aggregate different stakeholder perspectives in an inclusive and holistic manner.

Tamara is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where she received a bachelor’s in International Management and of Loyola University Chicago where she received her Masters of Science in Human Resources.
