Luba currently manages an in-house global mobility program for Transocean focusing on employee experience and based in Houston, TX. Her experience also includes working on the relocation vendor side for 13 years coordinating moves, counseling assignees on policy and providing guidance on best practice to make their move a success. Luba was the lead counselor and SME on various clients managing several accounts in service recovery. She personally relocated internationally from Moscow, Russia to the US and domestically 3 times within the US.

Luba holds a B.S. in Linguistics from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia as well as M.S. in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from the same school. Additionally, she holds a certificate of superior achievement in legal studies for paralegal from St. Louis Community College.
