Amanda has a proven track record of leading complex cross-border assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration, payroll and tax regulations, while optimising policies to deliver seamless relocation experiences.

Currently serving as Global Mobility Manager at a London-based law firm, Amanda is responsible for overseeing the global mobility programme, with a clear focus on delivering a positive experience for every employee she relocates. She works closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Immigration and Reward teams, and maintains strong relationships with senior leaders across the firm to support the successful delivery of the programme.

Before joining the firm, Amanda founded and ran her own consulting business for 13 years, providing expert guidance to clients on strategic mobility solutions, policy development and international HR services. Her experience spans senior roles in global mobility, expatriate affairs and HR management across a range of industries, including energy, mining and pharmaceuticals.
