With more than two decades of U.S. and global immigration experience, Cassandra has held progressive roles across leading immigration and mobility firms, strengthening her expertise in compliance, risk management, and international workforce strategy. She is deeply committed to supporting employees throughout international assignments, from visa processing to cultural integration and relocation logistics.

Drawing on her academic background in Political Science and HR/Employment Law, paired with her personal experience as the daughter of Haitian immigrants, Cassandra brings a nuanced understanding of global movement and the human side of mobility, supporting her mission to advance best practices within the relocation community.
