Karen Hale is a highly accomplished Global Mobility leader with approximately two decades of expertise in relocation, immigration, remote work strategies, international business travel compliance, and contingent workforce management. Her career path includes significant roles in corporate Global Mobility, relocation management companies, the Big 4, and as a Corporate HR Business Partner. This diverse experience provides her with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the complexities of global talent mobility.
Currently, Karen serves as the Global Mobility Strategy Director at Indeed. She is serving as a Mentor for WERC's Momentum Mentorship Program and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Austin Relocation Council. Her contributions to the field have been widely recognized, including being named Global Mobility Professional of the Year by FEM in 2022 as well as being honored as a Top 100 Innovator and a Top 250 Global Corporate Leader by The View from the Top. Karen resides with her husband in New Braunfels, TX, and is the proud mom of two almost-grown humans, two dogs, and a cat.
