Matt Burns, Managing Director of Tullow International HR Consulting, LLC., helps organizations with designing international assignments, and integrating with technology, payroll and/or shared services providers. Matt led Lockheed Martin’s Global Mobility team for 9 years.

The Global Mobility program was recognized in 2013 as the EMMA runner up in Most Effective Relocation Strategy and Best Global Mobility Program – Industrial/Energy Sector. Matt joined Lockheed Martin in 2005 after 26 years with the U.S. Department of State.

A senior EMMAs judge since 2012, the Forum on Expatriate Management recognized Matt in 2017 with its award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility.
