Antonio Sevilla is an accomplished human resources executive with progressive leadership experience across multinational oil and gas, petrochemical, and LNG organizations. Widely recognized for his strategic acumen and disciplined execution, Mr. Sevilla has held senior HR leadership roles spanning North America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia‑Pacific region.

Mr. Sevilla currently serves as Senior Human Resource Manager at Murphy Oil Corporation, where he oversees critical HR functions supporting U.S. and international operations, including talent acquisition, global mobility, benefits administration, compliance, and talent development. In this role, he is responsible for preparing board‑level materials and ESG updates for executive leadership and for directing programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance workforce governance, and support a globally mobile workforce. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to service excellence, governance, and strategic partnership with senior leadership.

Previously, Mr. Sevilla held senior leadership positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where he managed HR operations for large‑scale onshore and international organizations and led the Global Mobility Center of Excellence for its worldwide operations. Among his notable achievements, he designed and implemented innovative mobilization models for the Mozambique LNG project—one of the largest energy developments undertaken in Africa—successfully balancing talent attraction, cost management, compliance, and employee experience. As Human Resource & Administration Director in Mozambique, he reorganized the HR function, led large workforce restructurings during market downturns, engaged extensively with government authorities, and directed a landmark $10 million investment to establish a master’s degree program in petroleum engineering at the University of Eduardo Mondlane in Maputo, Mozambique.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Sevilla has consistently delivered measurable results through workforce transformation, global restructuring, post‑merger integration, and the development of career frameworks and compensation programs that enhance competitiveness and retention. He holds an MBA in Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of New Orleans.
