Ana Gazarian is an attorney with a strong international background in immigration and global mobility, with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities women face in this field.

She is the Founder and CEO of Employee Mobility Solutions (EMS), an international firm specialized in immigration, tax, relocation, moving services, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, with a global presence through 11 offices across the Americas and Europe.

EMS holds the Women Owned certification (WBENC), which recognizes women-led businesses at an international level.

In 2025, the GM community voted to name Ana the Global Mobility Professional of the Year at The FEM Americas EMMAs.
