Cassi Bauer is the Director of Global Mobility, Immigration and Travel at Oceaneering International, Inc., a global oilfield services and technology company. Cassi is recognized as a successful HR contributor and leader for multiple mobility programs at various companies. Prior to joining Oceaneering, she served in various Global Mobility leadership positions at companies including WorleyParsons, CB&I, and Weatherford. Cassi has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with degrees from Clemson and UHCL.

Cassi grew up an “expat brat” living in multiple locations across the globe and transitioned that valuable knowledge and experience of different cultures into a successful career in Global Mobility. Her team is responsible for all aspects of moving “oceaneers” to support Oceaneering’s global business – including scheduling, business travel, immigration and employee mobility. Cassi was recently recognized as one of the Top 250 Recognized Global Mobility Professionals and received the 2021 CEO Spotlight Award for the GM Response to Covid mobilizing over 7,000 people during that difficult and complex time to ensure continued delivery to Oceaneering’s clients.
