Rui is FEM’s Houston Chapter Lead and a Managing Director in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services Tax practice. Rui offers services to a diversified portfolio of clients and currently holds the global lead role for her clients in various markets within the U.S. With more than 13 years of experience, Rui has worked with a wide range of clients across multiple industries.

Her expertise lies in global talent strategy, international tax compliance services, global equity tax advisory services, payroll tax advisory services, international assignment policy development, and evaluating the enterprise value contribution of domestic and global employee populations.
