Jane Munoz is currently the Sr. Director of Global HR and Rewards at Diamond Offshore Drilling. She has been with Diamond Offshore since 2003 and manages the Global Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Departments, the Global HR Departments in each of the foreign offices and the Global Travel function. Jane began her career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse in 1983, working in the International Assignment Tax Services department and managing clients such as Exxon, Conoco Phillips, Shell, Schlumberger and Baker Hughes. In 1995, she moved to Enron and managed a variety of functions including global mobility, payroll, relocation and immigration. She returned to public accounting in 2001 with Ernst & Young, working in the Human Capital Compliance and Consulting group before joining Diamond Offshore.
