Jenny Midyat is the Director of Total Rewards and Global Mobility for Parker Drilling in Houston, Texas. She develops global and local compensation and benefit programs for employees in all regions of the world. She lived and worked in Istanbul, Turkey for 15 years. Working with Nokia, a Finnish Company, and dealing with compensation programs for employees transferring from Europe and Asia to Greece, Israel, and Turkey, she learned about many local pay practices and cultural differences that affect human resources, specifically compensation and benefits. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
