Laura is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with expertise managing talent across global geographies. Most recently Laura served as Global Director for the enterprise Expatriate Mobility function at Johnson & Johnson, providing program management for both US Domestic and International talent moves. Over her career, Laura has supported companies in the Healthcare, Information Management and Telecommunications industries (Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell, Mountain Bell). In her various generalist and specialist roles, Laura has engaged with leaders in multiple global geographies (Americas, EMEA, Asia) and functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Legal, Compliance and Health & Safety, as well as Research and Commercialization staff.
