Matt was previously HR Operations Director at Lockheed Martin Corporation. During his eight and half years leading LM’s Global Mobility team, Matt improved support to 3,000 international assignees in over 60 countries, increasing satisfaction among expats for 8 years and reducing unit cost. FEM recognized the program in 2012 as the runner up for “Most Effective Relocation Management Strategy” and “Industrial/Energy Sector” corporate global mobility program. Prior to joining LM, Matt served for 26 years in the U.S. Foreign Service, including assignments to Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba, the Soviet Union, Italy and Israel. Matt now is self-employed as a GM practitioner.
