Patricia has over 20 years’ experience with Project Management and has spent the last 15 years dedicating this experience to Global Mobility. In her current role as Global Mobility Lead Americas for Unilever she manages the Global Mobility team in the US and Brazil. She is also in charge of policy review and global vendor management. Prior to this role, Patricia worked as the Global Mobility Lead Americas for HSBC in New York where she gained valuable experience of being an expat herself. Since 2015, Patricia has also been a valuable FEM Chapter Lead, managing FEM’s Chapters in Brazil, including the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba and Blumenau Chapters.
