Rita has more than 19 years of experience in global mobility. With Deloitte and KPMG, she provided cross-border tax compliance; tax planning for international assignments; and global mobility co-sourcing for clients. As Senior Manager in International HR Operations with Lockheed Martin, she managed Lockheed Martin’s Expatriate Tax Program, including cost estimation of expatriate assignment-related costs; managed payroll delivery to UK local national population; and coordinated HR operations support for local nationals in Asia Pacific and EMEA. Rita is a CPA, she has had both short and long-term assignments in Asia and EMEA, and currently resides in Los Angeles.
