
Brian is a seasoned Global Mobility professional with over 23 years of experience working with global expatriate programs.
During his corporate experience with McDonalds Corporation, Brian was responsible for the development of McDonald’s Global Mobility and US Relocation programs in alignment with the People Function strategy and McDonald’s Values. Brian led policy reviews, to address business strategy and market trends. Brian also aligned closely with Talent to enhance the strategic value of the Mobility programs.
Prior to holding his position at McDonald’s, Brian worked in Global Mobility consulting roles with Deloitte in London, and later Chicago. During this period, he worked with numerous large multinational companies to evaluate their Global Mobility programs for effectiveness in compensation programs, talent management and assignee administration. His focus was on increasing compliance, while managing costs and improving the global assignee experience for large global companies.
Brian earned his Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Illinois and his Bachelors degree in European Business with French from the University of Ulster.
