Ana began her career with BP Colombia, where she gained broad experience working across different areas in HR, including Learning & Development, Recruiting, and Global Mobility, which led her to her first international assignment in Luanda, Angola. Since then, she has established a strong track record in leading Global Talent Mobility programs across multiple regions, cultivating trusted client relationships, and developing high-performing, cross-cultural teams.

Currently, Ana is the Talent Mobility Senior Manager at Kearney, where she leads the delivery of Global Mobility strategies that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

Outside work, Ana enjoys traveling and values every opportunity to learn about different cultures and global perspectives.
