Elizabeth Minter is the Director of Onboarding & Deployment at Conexus MedStaff. In this role, Elizabeth oversees the Onboarding and Deployment experience for international healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to the U.S. upon signing a contract with Conexus MedStaff.

Elizabeth has more than 14 years of Global Mobility experience, as well as extensive understanding of International Human Resources, Immigration, Relocation, Expat Management, HR Policy Design, Leadership, Global Payroll, and Client Relationship Management. She has spoken on panels in the past for Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) and is a member of the FEM Houston Chapter.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and lives outside of the Houston area with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors, loves photography and is involved in National Charity League and has her own 501c3 organization allowing high school seniors the opportunity to continue their education.
