As a global talent mobility expert with 17 years of experience, Joe Lee started his career as a global mobility tax accountant with PwC and Ernst & Young. Throughout his career as an accountant, he provided a service to more than 50 different clients including high tech, pharmaceutical, apparel, logistics and consulting companies. His expertise and service provided are policy consulting, global tax and payroll, corporate tax consulting, Asian business tax COE, and global mobility transformation.
Joining the corporate HR with Schneider Electric, Amazon and later with Dassault Systemes, he assumed several roles including the head of international mobility, lead of project base assignment, and executive reward and shared service functions. HR and global mobility projects he led are mobility M&A and spin off project, global onboarding project, LTI protocol design project, country to country transfer harmonization project, and a business process owner to digitize the mobility functions and enhance the assignee experience. During the pandemic, Joe also published HR/global mobility policy on remote working, bordered restricted employees and displaced employees, and he is currently working on rebranding Dassault Systeme’s global mobility program to expand the scope to cover all topics related to employee moves under join and move team.
