Dr. Hill has a broad-based international experience in human resources management with 17 years overseeing global mobility programs; including program management & strategy, regulatory compliance, staff training, global payroll, taxes, and immigration. Joy’s Global Mobility career spans multiple industries including Defense, Automotive and Spirits. In addition, Joy has experience from both a client and vendor perspective providing a unique outlook allowing for an in-depth assessment of processes, improvement, and vendor management.

Joy’s focus on continuous improvement and personal development has allowed her to stay abreast of constant changes within the mobility field, supporting an innovative approach to policy/program development.
