Krista Caldwell has recently joined PagerDuty as the Principal Global Mobility and Immigration Partner. She has been in Global Mobility for more than 12 years and has experience creating and executing a global mobility program at both the regional and local level. Her experience also includes development and oversight of domestic mobility programs and management of US Immigration programs. She understands first-hand the importance of mobility as she was an expat herself during a brief assignment to Iraq in 2006-2007.

Krista is passionate about providing all an excellent experience when working abroad and always keeps the relocating employee and their family at the center of all she does in mobility. She is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council and is a GMJ Senator in the Global Mobility Journey’s Ambassador’s program. Krista has both her PHR and GMS-T certifications.
