Matt Burns, Managing Director of Tullow International HR Consulting, LLC., helps organizations with designing international assignments, and integrating with technology, payroll and/or shared services providers.

Matt led Lockheed Martin’s Global Mobility team for 9 years. The Global Mobility program was recognized in 2013 as the EMMA runner up in Most Effective Relocation Strategy and Best Global Mobility Program – Industrial/Energy Sector.

Matt joined Lockheed Martin in 2005 after 26 years with the U.S. Department of State.

An EMMA’s judge since 2012, the Forum on Expatriate Management recognized Matt in 2017 with its award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility.
