Stef Garcia, GPHR has over 12 years of experience in Global Mobility and 5 years in Human Resources. She joined Hunt Oil Company in 2017 and has supported employees and their families in successfully relocating to new countries that have spanned from the Middle East to South America. Stef’s expertise also extends to many projects outside of Global Mobility, including ESG, Diversity and Inclusion, onboarding, governance & compliance. She recruits and coordinates the student program at Hunt. Before Hunt, Stef worked at KPMG for seven years, providing international assignment management services to clients in various industries.

She is a Trustee for the All-Stars Project of Dallas, where she partners with city leaders to help bring internship opportunities to our youth in West and South Dallas.

Originally from Los Angeles but has had the privilege to call DFW her home for the last 16 years. Stef holds a BBA in International Business – Foreign Language (Spanish) from the University of Texas in Arlington.
