Audra Marshall has worked with inbound and outbound expatriates for over 20 years. In this role, she is the National Leader of our established Global Employer services group within RSM, specializing in expatriate taxation and planning. Audra assists our clients with the entire process of a foreign assignment including consulting with the company and employees on assignment in relation to their tax situation, remote workforce planning, policies and international payroll. Audra also works with individuals in planning around their global assets and global tax implications. Our clients range from high level executives to large groups of expats based in the U.S. and around the world.

Audra previously served as an international expatriate tax specialist for Arthur Andersen Japan, Ernst & Young Japan, PwC -US, and KPMG Netherlands. She has been a local expatriate herself in Japan for 7 years and the Netherlands for 5 years. She worked with large, medium, and small companies, advising them on and implementing expatriate programs.

As a former expat herself she can bring a deeper understanding of what to expect from an assignment to the assignee and also to the company. Audra considers herself very fortunate to work in an industry she is passionate about.
