Betsy Fisher is the U.S. Director of Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB). In this capacity, Betsy oversees TBB's efforts to assist U.S.-based employers to address talent shortages by matching them with refugees with in-demand skills. Betsy also leads TBB's U.S. advocacy to ensure that refugees can access global mobility opportunities for work. Betsy is also an immigration attorney and expert in resettlement and other pathways for refugees to relocate to safety.
