Eileen is our Global Leader for our Workforce Transformation and Mobility Managed Services Service Line. Eileen works with our clients on all aspects of their mobility programs with an overall goal to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their programs and to ensure alignment with organization goals.

• Defining guiding principles and overall mobility strategies that align to and support business requirements, talent objectives as well as corporate values
• Policy design and development that is both competitive in the marketplace and directly serves the organizational goals
• Program cost analysis and benchmarking
• Analysis of function structure, service delivery and staffing models
• Process design with a focus on efficiency effectiveness and risk minimization and key controls
• Program integration related to M&A activities
• Change management and communication programs
• Mobility Managed Services program implementation and ongoing services

Eileen is responsible for Vialto Partners’ Mobility Policies and Practices Surveys and a frequent speaker at global conferences.
