Mauricio is currently the Senior Global Mobility Manager at Becton, Dickinson, and Company based in San Diego, CA. He joined the company in 2015 and participated in the M&A and Global Mobility harmonization of CareFusion and CR Bard, which entailed the consolidation of three legacy Global Mobility programs, policies and vendors into one program.

Prior to BD, Mauricio was the GM Partner with Smurfit Kappa, an international leader in the corrugate industry from 2009-2014. An alumni of Boston University (BA Intl Relations) and Colegio de la Frontera Norte, Mexico (MA Development Studies) Mauricio also has Graduate Certificates from University of Cincinnati (Gender Studies) and Cornell University (HR Leadership). Additionally, Mauricio has worked overseas in Japan as an English teacher and in Spain at the Spanish Commission for Development CODESPA.
